Each apartment includes one reserved, covered carport parking space. For additional vehicles, we offer uncovered, first-come, first-served parking throughout the community. We are also located on Grand Oaks Drive, which offers free public street parking. If you’d like to reserve an additional parking space, we offer garages for rent on a month-to-month basis at $100 per month. All resident vehicles must display a Grand Oaks parking pass, which can be purchased for $15 through our office.
